We share the broader communities desire to save Dartmouth Cove and have a once in a generation opportunity to do it.

We live here, do business here and bring up our families in this community.

Across several local companies we have more than 600 employees - mostly from Dartmouth and the surrounding area.  Our companies are based in and care deeply about Dartmouth and we will never do anything to harm the area.

Our project is designed to help, not hurt the community.

ONE DARTMOUTH COVE represents a once in a generation opportunity to save Dartmouth Cove, rehabilitating the ecosystem for generations to enjoy. While we’re at it, we believe our property is key to making the rest of the Dartmouth Waterfront the best new waterfront space in North America. We are prepared to invest in the site to make it a key piece of our community for everyone. 

We know that HRM needs more housing. We know that Dartmouth residents have a desire to see a revitalized Dartmouth waterfront that connects from one end to the other, invites tourists and residents to the water - a place that makes us all proud.

We believe our project can save Dartmouth Cove and bring the vision of a stronger Dartmouth Waterfront to life. Together, we can help to combat the housing crisis, reduce costs for development of many residential, commercial and even public building projects.
